Born in a working class family, Joe has made it big in the cutthroat business of the stock market. People who were important on wall street knew him by his first name. He was in the business of making money and indeed he has already achieved that. His parents provided him everything they could without even asking anything in return. So that they could afford a good schooling for him, they never even bothered to buy a house for themselves. For their entire lives, they lived on rent. Joe discussed with his parents the topic to buy a house for them. His parents initially declined. Once Joe insisted they agreed on terms that he had to buy a house in Spring Hill itself. Joe delighted with the outcome agreed quickly. He finally concluded that he needs to get in touch with some Spring Hill real estate agents.
Even as a child Joe was very responsible. In order to support his family, he sold newspapers and Christmas cards. Though Joe understood very early that most of the problems in his house were due to money (or lack of it). He also realized that if do not have the solutions then handy then the best thing you can do about it was to accumulate knowledge. Thus, started Joe’s everlasting thirst of knowledge. He was the first person in his family to attend the college. It was difficult for his parents to take that huge financial burden. Still, they never complained. Joe, in order to survive the college, started to work as a part-time insurance salesman. That is exactly when he learned about the stock market. He was a natural salesman, a smooth talker. He found that he was really good with people. Due to his ongoing education in maths, he was obviously good at maths. Thus he already had the requisites to become a successful stock broker.
Upon graduation, Joe had a difficult decision to make, as he was a good student, either he can become a scholar or try to swim with the sharks by choosing to be a stockbroker. He knew that he, live comfortably with the salary, which he can receive by choosing to be a scholar, but he wanted more from life. He did a basic research and found that top stock brokers earn even more than the presidents and CEOs. Obviously, a scholar’s salary was nowhere close.
Joe now knew his goal of life. He slogged hard to be a stockbroker. He passed the Series 7 General Securities Exam by FINRA. His continuous studying habit and strong ethics let him sail through the indifferent tides of the exam. It was however very difficult to succeed as a stockbroker. 90 percent of his compatriots were fired from the job in the first year itself.
Finding someone trustworthy among the realtors in Spring Hill real estate agents was like finding a needle in a haystack. Fortunately for Joe, he had a few clients from nearby. Most of them recommended him Jeffrey Merkley of MPS Home Solutions. Joe spoke to Jeffrey over the phone and finally, he was confident that he chose one of the best agents out of all the Spring Hill real estate agents. Now, he can bank upon Jeffrey to build the desired house for his parents.
