It was a harrowing experience for Mark Robinson. He kept on calling and meeting the sellers directly to close a deal on a suitable property by himself. After two weeks of spending all of his time, energy, phone bills and traveling expenses, he was not anywhere near closing a deal. Moreover, he also lost his two weeks of salary. He didn’t wish to surrender in front of Amy, who offered to introduce him to a real estate professional.
Amy Robinson met Ann through mutual friends. While bragging about their husbands at a bachelorette party, Amy realized that Ann’s husband can help them to find a suitable place as he was into real estate. Finally, Mark surrendered to Amy’s whims. He had enough of himself in a weird way. He had shot himself in the foot by committing himself to such a stupid challenge. He accompanied her silently to Jeffery’s office. Once he had a conversation with Jeffrey he understood the logic behind Amy’s insistence. Proceeding further, he zeroed in on those regions using the filter tool in the Trinity MLS. Amy told Jeffrey their budget thus enabling more usage of the Trinity MLS. Jeffrey soon imported a list from the Trinity MLS. It was a customized list of properties selected in terms of the budget, region, and amenities. Jeffrey also helped them to negotiate a great deal with an absentee owner (figured out using Trinity MLS). Finally, thanks to Jeffrey and his Trinity MLS, the Robinsons moved into a beautiful property of their choice. They were thankful to Jeffrey and still remained in awe of his knowledge of how to use the Trinity MLS portal.
